  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring spoons
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula or tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for brightness

Instructions

  • In a bowl, season chicken bites with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Do this in batches if needed.

  • Return all chicken to the pan and toss with the garlic butter sauce.
  • Optional: Add lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days, perfect for meal prep
